Trifon is a prominent Florida Real Estate Broker/Developer, with over 35 years of business experience. He has extensive experience related to starting businesses, managing employees and operations, financial modeling, and developing large-scale real estate projects. Foresight has developed and manages a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate exceeding the value of 60 MM including office/retail real estate, along with developing many national single tenant projects throughout the state of Florida.

Eric Papadopoulos: Commercial Consultant
Eric is the Head Sales Agent for our Commercial properties. After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication he transitioned to Tampa as an MBA candidate at the University of South Florida. At that time, Eric onboarded the Foresight team. Eric’s passion of communicating has been the main contributor to his successful lease negotiations. When he’s not leasing properties, you can find Eric and his puggle Oliver enjoying the extensive nature and fishing Tampa has to offer.

Lynda Lawson:Office Manager
Lynda is the office manager for Foresight Property Services. Her prior experience of 20 years in Real Estate allows her to efficiently serve as our Broker’s Assistant. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business for the day-to- day operation and management of the Oldsmar office, including daily communications with clients, vendors and staff alike, space and facilities management, billing, sales and customer service. Her incredible organization skills keep our team running smooth.
